PATIENT INFORMATION

Adult New Patient Visit

As a new patient at Ardente Dental, your well-being is our utmost concern. Our comprehensive approach begins with a detailed review of your medical and dental history, ensuring that we have a complete understanding of your unique health needs. This helps us tailor our care specifically to you.

Next, we conduct any necessary dental radiographs to get a clear picture of your oral health. These images allow us to identify any issues that may not be visible to the naked eye, ensuring a thorough examination.

Our examination process is meticulous and holistic. We carefully inspect your entire mouth, checking for signs of decay, gum disease, and other dental concerns. Additionally, we perform a thorough oral cancer screening as part of our commitment to your overall health.

At Ardente Dental, we believe in providing personalized, compassionate care to every patient. Our goal is not only to treat dental issues but also to prevent them from occurring in the first place. From your initial visit onward, you can expect nothing less than excellence in dental care.

The Ardente Membership: Your Path to Affordable Dental Care

Patient and Dentist

At Ardente Dental, we understand that not everyone has access to traditional dental insurance. In fact, only about 30% of adults in the United States do.   That’s why we’ve created our exclusive Ardente Dental Membership Plan – a straightforward solution designed to make quality dental care accessible and affordable for everyone.

Our membership plan is simple yet comprehensive. For a nominal annual fee or low monthly payments, individuals and families can enjoy substantial savings on routine dental care and necessary treatments. Whether you need regular cleanings, X-rays, or more extensive procedures, our plan ensures you receive the care you need without breaking the bank.

Insurance

As a courtesy to our patients, we accept most dental insurance plans and will gladly file a claim. Co-payments and deductibles (the portion the insurance does not cover) are due at the time services are rendered. In order to process claims properly, patients must provide us their correct and appropriate insurance information and inform us of any changes regarding their dental insurance at the time of service. Please keep in mind, most dental insurances do not cover cosmetic procedures.
